2016 Gondorf Gäns Riesling trocken X, Mosel, Germany

Nose still very reductive, restless, almost wild, yeasty, light lactic and volatile notes, but also deep and complex, yellow fruit and yellow spice, light floral and peppery notes, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, concentrated, juicy, fairly tart fruit on the palate, deep and complex, restless again, very elegant, lively acidity, integrated tannins provide firm tannins, hint of bacon, floral traces, delicately sweet, peppery notes in the background, prominent mineral notes, firm structure, ver good long finish.
