Translate to English Recht kühler, mineralischer, erdiger und deutlich kräuterwürziger Duft nach teils eingemachten Pfirsichen, Mirabellen und Zitrusfrüchten. Saftig im Mund, nicht ganz trocken, aber so straff und mineralisch, dass der Restzucker nicht zu sehr auffällt, sehr feine, lebhafte Säure, etwas Kohlensäure, zitronige Töne und feinherbe Anklänge, nicht allzu tief, ganz leicht rau, guter Abgang.
