Translate to English Noch unentwickelte und ein wenig unruhige, ganz leicht gedeckte, deutlich kräuterige und zart hefige Nase nach teils eingemachtem Steinobst, reifen Zitrusfrüchten und einem Hauch Stachelbeeren mit floralen Nuancen. Reife, etwas warme, ziemlich süße Frucht, teils kandiert und eingemacht wirkend, lebendige Säure, kräuterig-pflanzliche Aromen und wieder auch florale Spuren, angedeutet dunkle Beeren im Hintergrund, erdige und salzige Noten, leichter Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, nussige und rauchige Spuren, sehr guter Abgang mit Griff, Biss und wieder eher süßem Saft.
