Translate to English Deutlich vegetabile, auch erdige Nase mit verhaltenen, herben gelbfruchtigen Aromen, nussigen Tönen, angedeutet Hefe und einem Hauch Speck. Reife, schmelzige, etwas warme Frucht mit hellen, nussigen Holzaromen, ein wenig gelber Würze und frischer Butter, sehr feine Säure, etwas mürber Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, wärmender Alkohol, kräuterige Nuancen, ein Hauch Tabak, helle Schokolade, sehr guter Abgang.
