Editor note: Light spicy, nutty oak on the nose, delicate vegetal notes, pomaceous fruit, hint of yellow melon, prominent mineral notes, hint of bacon. Clear, fairly polished tart, juicy fruit on the palate, nutty aromas, touch of broccoli, light oak, elegant, lively acidity, light tannic grip, persistent, fairly firm structure, noticeable mineral notes in the background, hint of bacon, still very youthful, quite complex, has some depth, elegant herbaceous notes, tart and juicy on a very good finish with nutty and mineral notes.
Best to drink: Late 2017-2023+
