2015 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Sauvignon Lieben Aich, Alto Adige, Italy

Firm, tart, youthful nose, prominent mineral notes, tart, light yellow fruit aromas, herbs, mountain flowers and a hint of elderflower. Ripe, creamy, but also firm fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, yellow and white fruit aromas, touch of oak, buttery traces, full-bodied, notidceable warm alcohol, but remains very precise, elegant herbaceous traces, citrus notes, light chalky and salty mineral notes in the background, good depth, smoky traces, more floral notes, clear contours, prominent tart mineral notes on a very good, firm, warm finish.

Clear, elegant, juicy, very polished fruit on the palate, lively, very elegant acidity, herbaceous and vegetal aromas, some elderflower, salty notes, persistent, good substance, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, yeasty traces in the background, sone depth, hint of tobacco and nuts, full-bodied, but also elegant, very good firm, elegant, juicy, mineral finish. Needs time to mature.
