2015 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Terlan Pinot Bianco Eichhorn, Alto Adige, Italy

Firm, cool nose, nutty, earthy and mineral notes, hint of tobacco, restrained tart yellow fruit, elegant vegetal notes, some lemon balm and floral traces. Ripe, fairly juicy, firm, polished fruit on the palate, nutty and very light smoky notes, light dried vegetal aromas, very elegant acidity, light tannic grip, good substance and persistence, good depth, slightly creamy, harmonious, still young, floral traces in the background, hint of mountain herbsminerally on a very good, long, polished, tart, juicy finish.
