Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, light earthy and yeasty notes, restrained yellow fruit, lighjt floral traces, mineral notes. Clear, tart, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal, yeasty and earthy notes, light nutty notes and some old oak, moderate tannins, fairly persistent, slightly creamy, but also has bite, hint of dark berries in the background, mineral notes, some depth, delicate yeasty and salty notes on a very good, fairly cool and polished finish.
