2015 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Terlan Chardonnay-Viognier-Sauvignon Sophie, Alto Adige, Italy

Fairly deep nose, still youthful, buttery and vegetal notes, ripe stone and pomaceous fruit, some vanilla, light nutty and floral traces, still slightly yeasty, mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, partly candied fruit on the palate, buttery notes, elegant acidity, yellow melon, light nutty and delicately smoky oak, lemon balm in the background, salty mineral notes, mountain herbs, light tannic grip, still young, light floral traces, fairly creamy with slightly noticeable warm alcohol, but also has cool elements, firm structure, good depth, light peppery notes, very good long, juicy finish.
