Nutty and light yeasty notes on the nose, vegetal notes, hint of bacon, tart yellow fruit, some root vegetables, herbs and prominent mineral notes. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit on the palate, prominent nutty, spicy notes, slightly creamy, hint of caramel, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins provide light grip, light mineral notes, light herbaceous and floral traces, full body, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, hint of sugar candy, becomes fresher, firmer and more juicy with aeration, very good polished finish.
