Editor note: Clear, fairly cool nose, yeasty, vegetal and light floral notes, light yellow fruit aromas, hint of pulses and prominent mineral notes. Firmly structured, tart, juicy, light fruit on the palatze, nutty and yeasty aromas, prominent vegetal notes, peppery traces, hint of elderberry, very elegant, lively acidity, mineral backbone, light chalky notes, slightly creamy, but also has some bite, vibrant style, still young, quite complex, vegetal notes and prominent mineral notes on a very good, firm, tart, cool, juicy finish.
Best to drink: 2021-2026+
