Wein-Plus rating: Excellent (92 WP)
Last reviewed: 9 February 2018
Editor note: Firm, deep nose, still slightly restless and undeveloped, nutty notes, pomaceous fruit, hint of tobacco, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, prominent mineral notes. On the palate, again firm, ripe, undeveloped tart juicy fruit, nutty and dried vegetal aromas, hint of tobacco, some yellow spice, prominent earthy and mineral notes, very elegant acidity, integrated tannins provide firm grip, quite complex, good depth, smoky and salty notes on a very good tart, juicy, spicy finish. Should mature very well.
Best to drink: Late 2018-2025+
