2017 Forst Pechstein Riesling trocken Spitze, Pfalz, Germany

Slightly muted, clearly vegetal, also earthy to mineral scent with restrained yellow-fruity aromas. Very dry, rather reserved fruit, vegetal to herbaceous, yeasty and mineral notes, very elegant acidity, some hint of mature tannins, good substance and persistence, some warmth, a hint of dark berries, very good finish.
