2015 Wachau Ried Stiegelstal Grüner Veltliner Federspiel® trocken "Rupertiwein", Lower Austria/Niederösterreich, Austria

Tart, rather cool, herbal-vegetal, peppery and earthy to mineral scent with very subtle yellow fruit aromas and a hint of butter. Ripe fruit on the palate, peppery and fresh herbaceous aromas, very elegant acidity, good persistence, delicate anise spice in the background, mineral notes, has a grip, but also has some creaminess, in the background a hint of nutmeg, very harmonious, animating, very good finish with cool vegetable and yellow fruit aromas.
