Predominantly red berries on the nose, light floral and herbaceous notes, whiff of bacon, green vegetal and earthy notes, hint of tobacco, light toasted notes, mineral traces. Tart fruit on the palate, earthy and vegetal aromas, some smoky oak, hint of tobacco and some dark chocolate, persistent, medium-fine, slightly astringent tannins, hint of bacon on a good to very good tart finish.
