2017 Birnau Müller-Thurgau trocken VDP.Ortswein, Baden, Germany

More restrained, slightly peppery and hint of spice, delicate floral notes with nuances of citrus, mint and cardamom. Straightforward, fairly slender fruit on the palate, delicately creamy, noticeable acid bite, touch of salty caramel, fairly touchy and fairly persistent, light tobacco notes, attractive to good finish, slightly muted.
