Racy mineral notes with delicate herbs and spices, aromas of citrus and peaches. Crystal clear, juicy fruit, elegant acidity, firm mineral backbone, excellent presence and persistence on the palate, spicy terroir notes, excellent balance, long finish with fruity and mineral notes. Enjoy with crustaceans/shellfish.
