Firm nose, with minerals, herbs and spices, aromas of citrus and peach with a delicate honeyed note. Very firm, juicy sweet fruit, crisp and elegant acidity, clearly defined, elegantly proportioned mineral notes on the palate, intense and persistent, excellent structure, delicate herbs and spices on a very long finish.
