2001 Zeltingen Sonnenuhr Riesling Auslese trocken **, Mosel, Germany

Intense aromas of peaches and citrus fruits, with notes of bananas and herbs, as well as intense spicy mineral notes. Crystal clear, juicy fruit, dense and powerful, excellent ripe acidity, mineral foundation, spicy and very persistent on the palate, tremendous depth and very rich, gripping mineral notes, very long finish. Quite undeveloped at this stage, needs time.
