Delicately spicy, complex aromas of apples and peaches, with cool notes of minerals, herbs and spices. Very elegant fruit with nervous acidity and a lovely play of herbs and minerals, multi-layered, perfectly balanced and decidedly persistent. A superbly bred wine, intense, exciting, and with a very long finish.
