Firmly structured with prominent mineral notes, still slightly yeasty, with citrus and peach aromas. Very elegant fruit with elegantly proportioned acidity, very sweet, on the palate some spice that is vaguely reminiscent of horseradish, lively mineral play, still very young, long finish.
