Translate to English Kühl, fest und intensiv mineralisch in der Nase, nach weißen Pfirsichen und etwas Tabak. Im Mund ganz von der Mineralik vereinnahmt, herbe Würze und sehr feine, reife Säure, kaum merkliche Restsüße, gewisser Schmelz am Gaumen, wieder leicht tabakige Würze, zurückgezogene Frucht, guter, mineralischer Abgang. Legt an der Luft noch zu.
