Translate to English Zart rauchiger und kräuterwürziger Duft nach eingemachten roten Beeren und einer Spur rotem Gemüse mit deutlich mineralischen Noten. Im Mund rauchig und salzig-mineralisch, eher kühle Frucht mit pflanzlichen Tönen, ganz leicht malzige Anklänge, sehr gute Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, wirkt aber etwas verschlossen, im guten Abgang überwiegen noch ein wenig die holzigen und brotig-malzigen Töne.
