2005 Brauneberg Klostergarten Spätburgunder trocken ***, Mosel, Germany

Translate to English Pilziger, zart kräuteriger und zedriger Rotbeerenduft. Feine, geschliffene, zart gereifte und teils eingemachte Himbeerfrucht, elegant und kühl, dabei wenig Ecken und Kanten, ganz zarte Zedern- und Pilztöne, sehr klarer und klassischer, mineralischer Pinot Noir, scheinbar eher unkompliziert, hat dabei viel Tiefe und mächtige Nachhaltigkeit, passende Tannine, zeigt Herkunft und nahezu perfekten Sortencharakter, wenig Holz, gute Länge.
