Translate to English Sehr fester, tiefer und intensiv mineralischer Duft nach Minze, hochreifem Pfirsich und etwas grünem Apfel. Sehr straff im Mund, noch völlig unentwickelt, Noten von Zitrusfrüchten, Pfirsich und Stachelbeeren, kräuterige Anklänge, rassige Säure, bestens integrierte Süße, viel kühle Mineralik im Hintergrund, hat Biss, an hellen Honig erinnernde Nuancen, gute Länge. Am ersten Tag noch beeindruckender, baut mit Luft aber etwas ab. Dennoch eine herrliche Auslese.
