Translate to English Erst etwas verhaltene, mit Luft mineralische und würzige, erdig-vegetabile und tabakige Kernobstnase. Im Mund kräuterwürzig und fast verspielt, dabei dennoch fest gewirkt und nachhaltig, geradlinige, zart herbe, eingemachte Apfel-Kürbisfrucht mit kräuterigen, mineralischen und erdig-nussigen Noten, noch ziemlich reduktiv, eingebundene Säure, unauffällig kraftvoll, zeigt Sorte und Herkunft, leicht gerbstoffig im langen Abgang.
