Translate to English Klarer Steinobst-Zitrusduft mit kräuterigen Noten, etwas Hefe und deutlicher Mineralik im Hintergrund. Relativ herb im Mund, trotz der nicht ganz trockenen Frucht, deutlich pflanzliche und auch mineralische Noten, feine Säure, gute Nachhaltigkeit, ganz leicht gedeckt und nachtrocknend am Gaumen, eine Spur Heu, gewisse Tiefe, relativ viel Biss, noch jung, im Abgang wieder viel Mineralik.
