Translate to English Kühle, etwas pflanzliche, florale und hefige Nase mit herben gelbfruchtigen Aromen und hellen erdig-mineralischen Tönen sowie einem Hauch Speck und Kirschen. Feste, recht saftige, dabei knochentrockene Frucht mit hefigen, leicht pflanzlichen und deutlich mineralischen Tönern, gute Nachhaltigkeit, hat Substanz, gewissen Schmelz und auch Griff von reifem Gerbstoff, noch jung, etwas Tiefe, sehr guter, fester, saftiger Abgang mit Griff und Zug sowie leicht antrocknendem Gerbstoff.
