Translate to English Etwas entwickelter, geschliffener Zitrus-Steinobstduft mit kräuterigen Nuancen, Spuren von Karamell und Honig sowie gewisser Mineralik. Recht saftige und süße, eingemacht wirkende Frucht im Mund, deutliche Kandisnoten, etwas Kräuter am Gaumen, lebendige Säure, im Hintergrund Mineralik, merklicher, aber inzwischen gut integrierter Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, recht straffer, ziemlich zuckerbetonter, aber auch saftiger Abgang, wieder mit griffigem Gerbstoff. Hat sich sehr zu seinem Vorteil entwickelt und gewinnt sogar noch an der Luft.
