Slightly vegetal and dried floral scent of canned pomace with citrus and apple notes and a hint of saffron spice. Clear, fairly sweet, juicy, again preserved fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, sugar candy and honey on the palate, good substance and persistence, harmonious, has some depth, mineral, dried floral and spicy nuances, sweet, juicy and quite creamy finish. Has developed excellently.
