2017 Riesling Kabinett trocken "Kalkstein", Baden, Germany

Slightly herbal and mineral nose with restrained, bright yellow fruity notes. Restrained, tart, still a hint of muted fruit, herbal-vegetable and earthy-mineral notes, fine acidity, some grip, some persistence and substance, relatively firm, very delicate melting, good to very good, animatingly grippy finish.
