Astringent, slightly muted, yeasty and vegetal nose with restrained, cool yellow-fruity aromas and clear minerality. Clear, tart, cool fruit with clearly vegetable and a little bit bacony notes, very fine acidity, some touch, yeasty tones, still very slightly muted, good substance and sustainability, spicy traces, quite clear minerality, very good, again very slightly muted finish
