Firm, quite deep, dried vegetable to herbaceous, yeasty, slightly floral, nutty and clearly mineral aroma with yellow fruity aromas, fine vegetable nuances and quite complex spiciness. Juicy, firm and grippy in the mouth, ripe, light fruit with clearly yeasty and also herbal-vegetable aromas, a little floral in the background, peppery tones, present minerality, fine acidity and much grip of ripe tannin, ethereal notes, very good, firm, juicy, mineral and grippy finish, again with complex spice
