Astringent, somewhat vegetable, nutty and slightly yeasty fragrance with restrained yellow-fruity notes and a certain minerality. Ripe yellow fruit with vegetal, yeasty and slightly floral aromas, a little candy and sweetish melt on the palate, fine acidity, good persistence, a hint of red berries in the background, a little yellow spice, quite clear minerality, also has grip, very good, quite juicy finish with some spice, minerality and vegetable notes
