Firm and quite deep, somewhat nutty, yeasty and woody-spicy aroma of partly candied yellow fruits with dried floral aromas, vegetable tones, lots of minerality and a little yellow spice. Ripe, tangy-juicy, fairly firm fruit, clearly yeasty as well as slightly herbaceous-vegetable and floral notes, crumbly tannin, very fine acidity, a little mushroom on the palate, yellow and nutty spice, also a little pepper, clear minerality, a touch of candy and fresh butter, very good, firm, quite complex finish
