Slightly vegetal and yellow-spicy aroma of ripe yellow fruits with a hint of mustard pickle, exotic fruit notes, yeasty nuances and a certain minerality. Juicy, firm, slightly warm and sweetish fruit, reminiscent of pineapple, yeasty notes, dried-vegetable to herbal aromas, tart minerality and hints of yellow spice, fine acidity, grip of friable, still very slightly covering tannin, seems quite powerful, good persistence, a hint of pepper, very good, quite firm, still yeasty, spicy finish
