2001 Veldenz Elisenberg Riesling Auslese, Mosel, Germany

Green apples and some peach on the nose with herbaceous and mineral aroma. In the mouth, too, very herbaceous, rather slim, sweet fruit, lively acidity, dry and mineral note in the background, quite good structure, piquant style, good length. Should still mature for some time.
