2017 Veldenz Elisenberg Riesling Spätlese, Mosel, Germany

Fresh vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, light floral and delicate yeasty notes, citrus and peach as well as apple fruit. Sweet fruit on the palate, yeasty, floral and vegetal notes, very slightly muted, elegant acidity, good persistence, hint of red berries, floral traces, still undeveloped, chalky traces, salty mineral notes on a slightly muted, good to very good finish. Needs time to mature.
