2017 Spätburgunder trocken Blanc de Noir, Ahr, Germany

A somewhat muted, nutty fragrance with aromas reminiscent of root vegetables and a hint of butter. Sweet fruit with nutty aromas, quite lively acidity, floral and vegetable tones, a little yellow spice, some minerality, a little herbs and a hint of bacon, a lot of bite, slightly lemony in the sweetish finish.
