Tart nose, nutty and delicate yeasty notes, light peppery notes, restrained, elegant yellow fruit, prominent mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, polished fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, melon fruit, delicate floral and peppery notes, smoky traces, hint of tobacco, ripe tannins provide grip, persistent, veryslightly sweetish and creamy, some depth, some grip again on a very good finish.
