Cool nose, floral and vegetal notes, light candied yellow fruit aromas, some mustard seed, yeasty traces and mineral notes. Firm, very sweet fruit on the palate, fairly prominent acidity, sugar candy and floral aromas, fairly prominent vegetal notes, persistent and polished, light honeyed notes, good depth, still totally indeveloped, hint of celery, very good, firm finish.
