2018 Retzstadt Rieslaner Spätlese VDP.Ortswein, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Clear, fairly elegant nose, citrus and stone fruit, fresh vegetal and very light floral aromas, light mineral notes in the background. Firm, cool, moderately sweet fruit on the palate, refreshing tart spicy vegetal and herbaceous notes, lively, very elegant acidity, light grip, prominent mineral notes, persistent, some depth, still young, some bite and grip on a very good, firm, juicy finish.
