2018 Silvaner VDP.Gutswein trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Clear nose, light nutty and prominent vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit aromas, light earthy and mineral notes, hint of bacon. Clear, fairly cool, but also very slightly creamy fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, light tannic touch, herbaceous and floral traces, light mineral notes, good persistence, spicy traces, good to very good finish. Very convincing entry-level quality.
