2002 Spätburgunder trocken Blauschiefer, Ahr, Germany

Delicate spicy oak, mineral notes, aromas of cooked red berries, some plums and a slight vegetal note. Clean fruit, elegantly juicy and quite persistent, elegant acidity and very elegant, fine-grained tannins, mineral notes on the palate, very harmonious spicy oak, good persistence and length.
