Light dried vegetal, nutty and earthy notes on the nose, red and a few black berries, hint of tobacco, dried floral traces. Tart, juicy fruit on the palate, nutty, earthy and light peppery notes, hint of tobacco, some bite, fine sandy tannins, salty traces, hint of bacon, good substance and persistence, noticeable warm alcohol, but also has cool elements, hint of black berries, more salty notes, very good, firm finish. A little more rustic in style than it was in its youth.
