Tart, slightly bacony and tarry, also nutty and smoky-woody aroma of black berries and pepper with notes of hung meat. Ripe, developed, warm dark fruit with smoky and a little sooty wood, leather, hung meat, leather and earthy tones, good substance and persistence, a little rustic style, slightly sandy-drying tannins, salt in the background, very good finish with dark roasted notes and again also a little soot.
