Youthful nose, nutty and delicate vegetal notes, ripe, partly preserved red and a few black berries, prominent earthy notes, parsley, smoky notes, hint of watermelon. Clear polished, tart fruit on the palate, smoky, nutty oak, some bacon, earthy notes and ashes, fairly dark, predominantly black berries, fine sandy, youthful tannins, still slightly astringent, persistent, peppery notes, salty traces in the background, hint of dried tomatoes, parsley and oregano, oriental spices in the background, hint of stone fruit, still very young, smoked bacon and more herbaceous notes and parsley on a very good juicy, spicy finish.
