Clear, fairly polished nose, delicate floral notes, predominantly red berries with a few cherries, herbaceous aromas, some juniper and mineral notes. Fairly juicy, but also relatively cool fruit on the palate, prominent spicy aromas, fine tannins, light acid bite, persistent, hint of sugar candy, rosemary and bacon, light peppery traces, mineral notes, salty and herbaceous notes on a very good, firm, juicy finish.
