2017 Gundheim Bergkloster Müller-Thurgau Trockenbeerenauslese, Rheinhessen, Germany

Concentrated nose, prominent dried flowers, hint of tobaco, touch of iodine, dried and candied yellow fruit, some yellow spice, light earthy notes, hint of mushrooms. Concentrated, verysweet fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, prominent vegetal and more light earthy notes, some sugar candy in the background, salty notes, touch of yellow spice, floral traces, some bite, good depth, hint of caramel, spicy notes, more bite on a very good, long, firm, sweet, gripping finish.
