2018 Gundheim Bergkloster Cabernet Mitos, Rheinhessen, Germany

Youthful, partly preserved dark fruit with nutty, woody and tobacco notes, hints of spices and bacon. Compote-like, warm fruit with lots of bitter chocolate and roasted wood, crumbly sandy tannins, sooty notes, sweetish creamy, appears somewhat broad, lots of alcohol, attractive, bitterly sweet finish.
